Both sides agreed to establish a Joint Working Group (JWG) aiming to exchange information that is critical to carry out feasibility studies of the project expeditiously, says a press release issued here. Other areas of cooperation including supply of petroleum products on deferred payment basis and supply of LNG were also discussed.
Ghulam Sarwar Khan thanked Khalid Al Falih for his keen interest in investing in the petroleum sector of Pakistan which epitomised in signing of the MoU on setting up oil refining and petrochemical plant. Khalid Al Falih stated that his country would look into some other mutually beneficial investment opportunities in energy sector of Pakistan.-PR
